How did you become a Sonic Fan?

Simple. What started your Sonic fandom?

Mine was when I first go a Genesis(also my first console ever) with Sonic 2. I played it to death! Was a great game and I was drooling over screens of Sonic 3. I became a mega fan once I got Sonic 3. Soon after I got Sonic & Knuckles and Sonic 1.

Same as Manic.... i was a fan at youth... XD

When i first played Sonic Adventure 1 on my cousins Dreamcast, I already liked it from the cartoons, but i started being an official fan when i played Sonic adventure

My actual first sonic game was SA2B.... Sonic 2 and 3 belonged to my dad on his Genesis... but my first two games that i fell in love with were SADX and SA2B... which still to this day are my favorites... <3

Had a genesis with Sonic 1 as a kid. When I was about 7, I had lost the Genesis, but Sonic Underground started airing on TV. When I got the internet, I started getting into the whole Sonic scene, and eventually I made my Sonic-themed website and joined TSF

A Genesis and Sonic 2... it was love at first sight when I was only about 6 years old. Then it was the Sonic & Knuckles Collection for my PC. Had a little break and then heard of Sonic Heroes for the PS2. Since then, I've been hooked. Half of my school projects have been about or related to Sonic. It's a love story really...

I think I was born as it, I had always felt his presence *shot*
No, I really don't know when it started, I always thought he was cool and all. I became a real active fan when I played an online game and downloaded Sonic Heroes trial version. I then bought the game, of course, and fell in love with it.

More or less it was through my cousins, or rather my older cousin. It was back in the early 2000's when I would frequently visit my gradmas on my moms side. I would always catch my cousins playing Sonic 3 on there computer. So after awhile I would start playing. However, this was not when I was really into Sonic The Hedgehog, that was merely planting the seeds that create my love Sonic. It wasn't till about late 2006 that I would start falling in love with the Sonic Universe (not the kinda love where you devote every second to it, but one where it's a part of you life that can't ever really let go yeah). And the rest is history from there yeah.

lol, never thought you to be THAT sentimental about Sonic. I wonder what the guys at Nushift would say if they saw that lol

I do also remember watching AoStH at some point, but it was cancelled at the time and i bet it was a rerun.... and also i absolutely remembered SatAM, but i didn't like it very much due to my love for the bright games and not the dark, shadowy television show.... I started drawing Sonic at an earlier age though... like maybe 6... and i worked my way up into comics and the rest of the awesome series....

My sister had Sonic Heroes, and I played for a while and I started to really like it.

And then I got Sonic Unleashed on PS2, Shadow the Hedgehog on PS2 and Sonic Rush Adevnture on DS.

It was waaaaaaaaaaaaay back, 1993 at a hostle, people were playing Sonic the hedgehog 2, it was amasing! Then came Sonic adventure 2 battle that reminded me why I loved him.
